Seeking employment in Auckland/Henderson as a 1st Year Hairdressing Apprentice

My name is Jessica Ishak.

I'm nearing the end of my Level 3 Hairdressing Certificate. I've been inspired to do hairdressing since I was a little girl - everything about the industry makes me happy, for example knowing that you make clients look there best , becoming well known , working with a great team and setting an example of fashion.

I am so excited about getting an apprenticeship. I love hard work , if I don't work hard it feels like I'm wasting my time. I understand hair dressing can be hard at times but I am the type of person that wants to take on board challenges.

I love how in hairdressing there is always something new to do, it gives me a reason to be up on my feet at course, home, and when out with friends to always practice. Practice really does make perfect in this industry and that is how I want to make clients feel when they walk out of any salon I work with.

Hairdressing won't feel like a job to me , it's something I can picture myself doing for a long time - I was born for this industry!
