Shazly Rasheed started salon@shazly in Lower Hutt in 2005. All salon@shazly’s senior stylists are fully qualified and two staff are currently undertaking apprenticeships.
“All my senior stylists are fully qualified. It’s difficult finding qualified senior stylists so instead I’m training my own staff so they can step up into these roles.”
