For a number of years, HITO have run Employer Professional Development (EPD) days for employers which help trainers and employers learn skills and gain knowledge which can help them become better and more professional trainers and employers.
Typically, HITOs Employer Professional Development workshops allow employers and trainers to discuss questions relating to business, employment, literacy and training.
