International hairdressing certificate application form
HITO offers intentional certification of Hairdressing through the International Professional Standards Network (ipsn). This is an internationally recognised certificate that can be requested for nationally qualified NZ hairdressers with a minimum of of one year as a senior operator. The application costs $80.00

Apply For A Reprint of a Certificate
This form is for requesting a replacement National Certificate or for Salon Support non-apprentices to apply for a certificate.
Apprentices and other training programmes have the cost of the certificate built into the cost of their programme.
All prints using this form will be chargeable.

Appeal application form
The application form to use if you are appealing an assessment decision. An appeal costs $80 and should be submitted as soon as possible after the assessment.
