Be The Best Employer
As an Employer in 2009 you need to be able to:
- Increase the skills and productivity of your staff
- Increase the profit margins for your business
- Use best practice to recruit and retain great staff
- Show you are adhering to current New Zealand employment law
- Provide staff with training opportunities so staff can gain nationally recognised qualifications
Why HITO workshops?
Feedback from industry has shown the desire for professional development workshops.
- Employers want to be aware of current employment legalisation including breaks, trial periods, health and safety, holidays, employment agreements, performance management, disciplinary procedures and ending an employment relationship.
- Employers often ask how they can utilise the best training available in the industry to grow their business and have well qualified staff. Profitable business needs to be based on valuable training that meets the needs of all learners.
This is the workshop for you!
Dates & Times
To meet the need of the industry, HITO are running a series of Employer Professional Development workshops from May to August. A series of 21 workshops run throughout most regions in New Zealand will be held on Monday or Wednesday nights from 5:30-8:30pm.
